Made this for the French students just before we, the Singaporeans, left for Goa. This was put together using a Sony Hi-8 digital Handycam, a tape format which is absolutely foreign to me. It was horrible in the beginning because it took so much trouble to actually borrow the camera from the school, and after that it was even worse when it began to dawn on me that I'd run out of time to pull together any script of any sort.
In the end, we just shot whatever we wanted to, passing the camera around whenever possible so everyone gets some sort of viewpoint in. And in the end, thanks to Harshal for pulling stunt duty, and thanks to everyone making random funny comments, we actually made something that all of us (okay, I'm generalising) enjoyed.
So there was a film screening and all that, and after we left for Goa. You know the rest, or if you don't, then read it on my travel blog.
I think I'll put up the almost script here later on. And if I ever manage to upload it to YouTube, I'll be sure to screen it here as well.
